District invites stakeholders to participate in ThoughtExchange survey
Your voice matters!
What’s the one change, improvement or initiative that you believe would have the greatest positive impact on our school community? On Jan. 6, 2025, the NSCSD welcomed Dr. Terry L. Ward as the new Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Ward is deeply committed to the district’s success and believes that collaboration is key to building a strong foundation. That’s why he wants to hear from students, families, educators, staff, and community members. Your feedback will help guide important decisions and ensure that NSCSD continues to thrive.
To gather stakeholder feedback, NSCSD is using ThoughtExchange, an innovative online platform that allows you to share ideas, consider different perspectives, and help inform future decisions. Unlike traditional surveys, ThoughtExchange enables the real-time, two-way exchange of thoughts and ideas, ensuring that the most important concepts rise to the top.
Please take a moment to share your thoughts through the ThoughtExchange which will be open through Monday, March 31.

Quick Tips for using ThoughtExchange:
- Enter as many thoughts as you wish into the exchange. Try to share one distinct idea per thought.
- Your thoughts will be shared with other participants, but not your identity.
- You will see and rate thoughts that others have shared. 5 stars = strongly agree, 1 star = strongly disagree.
- You do not need to rate all thoughts, though it’s recommended to rate at least 30.
- You have the ability and are encouraged to come back and rate additional thoughts.
