February 11 family engagement night: What to Expect at CSE

The North Syracuse Central School District’s Special Education Department is hosting another Family Engagement Night on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the District Office Gym.

This session, "What to Expect at CSE," will provide valuable information for families navigating the Committee on Special Education (CSE) process.

Whether you are new to the process or looking for more clarity, this event will help answer important questions, including:

• What is a CSE?
• Who will be there?
• What happens at the meeting?
• What are your rights as parents?

A question-and-answer session will follow the discussion, allowing families to ask specific questions and gain a better understanding of their child’s support services.
