Four NSJH 9th graders perform at Area All-State Music Festival

Congratulations to North Syracuse Junior High School's own Joseph Cannella, Mark Morris, Mirah Cook and Katlyn Chrisley on their recent performance at the prestigious NYSSMA Zone 3 Junior High Area All-State Music Festival! Held on November 1-2 at Homer Senior High School, the festival showcased talented student musicians from across the region.

Selected through a competitive audition process, all four students performed beautifully with the concert band, representing CNS with pride and exceptional skill. Teacher Jen MacDerment, who worked closely with these students, expressed pride in their accomplishments and dedication.

We celebrate Joseph, Mark, Mirah and Katlyn’s achievement in being chosen for this honor and look forward to seeing where their musical journeys take them next!
