C-NS Business Students Raise Money for Childhood Cancer Awareness
Cicero-North Syracuse High School students in Block 1 Word 1 & Google Docs classes used skills they are learning in class to help raise money for a good cause. During the month of September, they created flyers advertising childhood cancer awareness, and raised money by holding a hat day, and selling gold wristbands.Almost $200 was raised and donated to the Pediatric Cancer Unit at Golisano Children’s Hospital. This month Toni Gary and Kaitlyn Sperduti from the hospital came to C-NS to accept the check and thank the students for their work.
