SCHOOL PHYSICALS FOR FALL EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND WORKING PAPERS WILL BE OFFERED AT CNS ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:   Physicals will be offered in the CNS HS Health Office on Thursday, May 27th for boys and girls. The yellow physical form may be picked up in the Health Office.
