History of the C-NS Dance Ensemble

Throughout its history, the Dance Ensemble has won a series of awards including national titles at various competitions on the East Coast. Last year and the previous three years, the girls competed at the Marching Auxiliaries competition in Seminole, Florida and came home with the Super Sweepstakes award. The team has won choreography awards for their Pom, Jazz, Contemporary, and Lyrical over the years as well. The officers routine in the last season won a Superior rating. This year the dance ensemble will be competing at a new All Star Nationals competition in Myrtle Beach, SC. We wish them the best of luck in their 2016-2017 season!

The Dance Ensemble can also be seen performing at C-NS sporting events. The team will be performing at the C-NS Varsity Boys and Girls Basketball game halftimes. Starting Fall of the 2016-2017 season the dance ensemble began performing at the C-NS Varsity Football Games during halftime. This will be something that the team will continue to do in the Fall of their 2017-2018 season as well as the basketball games in support of their classmates.
