HONORS AND AWARDS: Steve earned Team MVP, 1st Team All-League & 2nd Team All-state honors while playing WR/DB & place kicker at CNS. He went on to play for Cortland State where he earned Offensive MVP, 1st Team All-ECAC, 3rd Team All-American honors & was named the Division III ECAC player of the year as a senior co-captain in 1994. He helped to lead Cortland to 3 ECAC titles & set school records (all of which still stand today) for most receiving yards in a season (1089), most receiving yards in a career (2375), most receptions in a season(68), most receptions in a career(170), most TD's in a season (9), most 100 yard receiving games in a season(6), and most 100 yard receiving games in a career(10).

Varsity and 2002-present as Head Varsity). He teaches Physical Education at Gillette Road Middle School.

HONORS AND AWARDS:Vinnie took care of all of the kicking duties at CNS, earning 1st Team All-League as a senior and played in the senior all-star game. He went on to kick for Mercyhurst College where he finished 2nd all-time for PAT's, 2nd for total punt yardage, 2nd for punt attempts, had the 2nd longest punt in school history (69 yds from his own endzone) and kicked 12 FG's. Vinnie was named National Special Teams player of the Week on November 23, 2000 for his performance against Northwood University. Vinnie averaged 48 yards per punt and did not allow any return yards and was 5/5 in PATS that game. Vinnie also kicked in the Arena Football League for the Rochester Brigade in 2003!

HONORS AND AWARDS: Three year varsity starter in football and two year starter in baseball. Second team all league as a junior in both sports. 1st team all league as a senior in both sports. Played quarterback at Alfred University. Two year letterman at Cortland State. As a senior switched to Free Safety in which was the teams defense and special teams player of the week for the Buffalo State game, ECAC Defensive and special teams player of the week, and DIII defense and special teams player of the week. During that game Matt had one interception, 4 pass break-ups, blocked a punt which was returned for a touchdown, and recovered a fumble on kick-off and returned it for a touchdown. Also Graduated from Cortland state with honors carrying a 3.50 undergraduate GPA and a 3.65 masters GPA
