Nutrition is more than just consuming fruits and vegetables all day, every day. Its main focus is on paying attention to what exactly is being put in our bodies. We could eat all the salads we could for the rest of our lives, but that still would not be considered "healthy" because our bodies are missing other necessary macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals. That's why it is important to eat a balanced diet. This diet should consist of a variety of foods, where moderation is key.
